A View from My Finder

I am in the photo zone these days. Everywhere I look I seem to be looking through a viewfinder.  I’ve had some success with some shots and some very horrible messed up shots that I won’t tell you about because we all know I’m perfect, right? Wrong!  But I’m having fun and only got frustrated one time today. Hanging by a thread. Standing on your last legs. At the end of your rope. Clinging to hope. These are phrases that come to mind when I examine this photo that I took for my first photography assignment. This is a guest post, written by my husband over at 10Bits: The doctor said, “Here’s your prescription for Lipitor.” After a Mayo Clinic executive physical, I drove away knowing I was fat, had high cholesterol, and high risk indicators for heart disease.  Being an executive has its perks.  Mostly I was thinking, Lipitor? Thirteen Little Things

Just a few random thoughts tonight that I thought I’d share with you lovely readers. I have the music to the Seussical Jr. musical running through my head due to the fact that my daughter’s auditions are in two days.  If I belt out “A-mazing Mazie” or “The Thinks You Can Think,” please insert ear plugs and give me a little grace.  I can’t help it.  Those songs are just too cute! And addicting.
