Today was my daughter’s first day of eighth grade.  When I picked her up from her CC Challenge B class, she greeted me with words that filled my heart with J-O-Y: I LOVE CC! The Blessed List

These are a few things that make me feel joyful and incredibly blessed… Hydrangeas just taking on the blush of pink color. Just looking at them makes me feel refreshed and renewed, and I marvel again at God’s workmanship. Especially after I used a pocket rocket air blower thingy on the sensor on my camera and FINALLY got rid of the smudge that kept showing up on all my photos! Palm trees all lit up at night, like a paintbrush illustrating the sky. Fall Reflections on Election Eve

One the eve of tomorrow’s election for our country’s leaders, I pause to reflect on the heavenly government that is to come. His government and its peace will never end.
