1King 10-11; 2Chronicles 9 King Solomon was wise about so many things in life…except women. I would think that marrying 700 women (not including the concubines) would have led him to write more proverbs about wives. Instead, these wives led him astray not just a little bit, but a lot. He went so far as to build high places for those “foreign gods,” and the Lord was not pleased. Insight into my own life? Be thankful I am the one wife of my one husband!
